Email-monitoring records for broker and carrier review
InboxGuards produces alerts and reports describing its monitoring activity. Your carrier decides whether those records are relevant to an application, renewal, or claim.
Section 01
Check the exact controls your carrier asks about
Cyber-insurance applications vary by carrier, policy, and business. Some ask about multi-factor authentication, email-security tools, logging, monitoring, payment-verification procedures, and incident response. Obtain the actual application from your broker before representing that a control satisfies a requirement.
InboxGuards can document its own monitoring activity. It cannot determine coverage, eligibility, premium, claim handling, or whether a carrier will accept that documentation.

Section 03
InboxGuards is supporting evidence
InboxGuards provides monitoring records for supported Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace audit events. It checks approximately every 5 minutes for configured account-takeover signals such as unexpected-location sign-ins, forwarding changes, MFA changes, and new admin grants. Provider ingestion and API coverage still apply.
Alerts are timestamped and stored with the provider evidence available to the matching rule and customer-entered response status. Summaries, activity reports, posture snapshots, and scorecards describe InboxGuards activity only. They are not a compliance determination, carrier approval, attestation, or guarantee of coverage. A broker or carrier decides whether the records are relevant and what qualifies.
Section 04
For insurance brokers and agents
Brokers may share InboxGuards reports with a carrier as supporting material, but should not describe them as carrier-approved evidence without written confirmation from that carrier. The customer or its MSP remains responsible for responding to alerts.

Do not assume a premium reduction
InboxGuards costs $4 per user per month — for a 10-person business, that's $480 a year, or $400 billed annually. Do not buy it based on an assumed insurance discount; only the carrier can decide whether it affects pricing or coverage.
Ask your broker which controls and documents matter, then evaluate InboxGuards as monitoring software on its own merits.
Downloadable monitoring evidence
Active InboxGuards customers can download a current, alarm-branded record from the dashboard with their company name, monitoring start date, and check frequency. The document supports broker or carrier review, but it is not an attestation, certification, or carrier-approved form.

Timestamped alerts are delivered to the organization, which retains sole responsibility for reviewing and responding to them.
