The $2 price is honest about the boundary: InboxGuards is monitoring and alerting software, not a staffed security operations service. It does not change tenant settings, remediate incidents, or respond on your behalf — your authorized administrator or MSP reviews alerts and performs any tenant changes. When you do want hands-on help, an optional $199 flat-fee remediation service can be separately authorized from your dashboard; it is never included in, or required by, the monitoring price. There is no free trial to track and nothing that quietly expires. Subscribe, connect your tenant, and if InboxGuards is not worth it within the first 30 days, ask for a refund and you get the full amount back under the published refund terms. Cancellation follows the subscription terms — no cancellation call required.
