InboxGuards costs $4 per active user per month for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace alike — or $40 per user per year, which works out to 2 months free. There is no minimum seat count and no setup fee. A 5-person team pays $20 a month; a 10-person business pays $480 a year, or $400 billed annually.

Every plan is the full product — there are no tiers, add-ons, or per-feature upsells:

The $4 price is honest about the boundary: InboxGuards is monitoring and alerting software, not a staffed security operations service. It does not change tenant settings, remediate incidents, or respond on your behalf — your authorized administrator or MSP reviews alerts and performs any tenant changes. When you do want hands-on help, an optional $199 flat-fee remediation service can be separately authorized from your dashboard; it is never included in, or required by, the monitoring price.
