Refund policy

Within 30 days of your first payment, ask for a refund and you get the full amount back. One email is enough.

After the first 30 days, the subscription is month to month. Cancel whenever you like and you will not be charged again. Your monitoring continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund partial months after the guarantee window.

We do not run a free trial, on purpose. A trial has to be tracked and it has to end, and a trial that quietly expires without the customer noticing is exactly the failure this product exists to prevent. A guarantee gives you the same protection with nothing to keep track of: you can ask for your money back for any reason within 30 days.

Email hello@inboxguards.com from the address on the account and say you would like a refund. You do not need to explain why.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. We process them promptly; how quickly the money appears is up to your bank or card issuer, typically within five to ten business days.

Cancelling stops the billing. Disconnecting stops the access — they are two separate things, and the steps for the second are below.

When you tell us you are cancelling, we mark your account cancelled and our monitor stops reading your tenant on the next cycle. You do not have to take our word for that — you can revoke our access yourself, from your side, at any time, and it takes effect immediately.

InboxGuards connects as an enterprise application in your Microsoft 365 tenant. To remove it, sign in as a Global Administrator and:

1. Go to the Microsoft Entra admin center at entra.microsoft.com.
2. Open Identity → Applications → Enterprise applications.
3. Search the list for InboxGuards and open it.
4. Choose Properties, then Delete.

Deleting that entry removes the permission grant entirely. Our access token stops working the moment it is gone — there is nothing left for us to read, and nothing we can do to restore it without you granting consent again.

Microsoft moves and renames these menus from time to time. If the labels do not match what you see, the thing you are looking for is the enterprise application named InboxGuards in your tenant’s directory. Email us and we will walk you through it on whatever the current screens look like.

If you also request account deletion, active organization-linked data is removed from the product. Credentials are deleted immediately; the limited archive and purge schedule are described in the privacy policy.

If you connected Google Workspace, InboxGuards was authorized by a Workspace administrator for read-only access to your security and audit logs. You can revoke that access yourself at any time, and it takes effect immediately.

1. Sign in to the Google Admin console at admin.google.com as a super administrator.
2. Open Security → Access and data control → API controls, then Manage Third-Party App Access.
3. Find InboxGuards in the connected apps list and select it.
4. Choose Remove access (or set it to Blocked).

If access was instead granted from a single administrator account, that admin can remove it at myaccount.google.com/permissions → InboxGuards → Remove access. Either way, our access stops the moment it is revoked, and there is nothing we can do to restore it without you granting consent again.
